Project Management

During the later stages of contract negotiations with The Space Centre, London Catering Services approached ALA to assist with the formulation of the restaurant and café designs, establish budgets and to liaise with the architects and engineers of this Lottery funded project to establish that infrastructure requirements were suitable for the proposed facilities and the project could move forward with confidence.

Menu development and site constraints were key considerations in arriving at a design solution that satisfied both client and design team expectations as well as a strict budget.

LCS has now been awarded the catering contract for this showpiece development and the project is due for completion in Spring 2001 with ALA as Project Manager for the catering facilities.
