Working closely with Corderoy Project Services, ALA was invited to manage the coordination of Granada's bid for catering contracts at the Millennium Dome. Working with internal departments as well as external consultants and Dome Management, a tender was submitted that eventually resulted in Granada being awarded approximately half of the contract catering at the Dome.
